Milwaukee M12 Multi-Tools offer versatility， power， and control to complete problematic job site applications. They are ideal for remodelers， flooring contractors， maintenance repair technicians， and electricians， allowing them to perform cuts， grinds， sands， and scrapes at odd angles and in difficult work areas. These multi-tools operate from 5，000 to 20，000 OPM and allows you to match the speed to the application and are powered by a M12 REDLITHIUM battery (sold separately) to provide up to 25 percent more runtime. An all-metal gear case provides added durability， while the over-molded， ergonomic handle allows you to handle the tool with extra control. Milwaukee's M12 cordless Multi-Tools are sold by themselves， or in kits which include the tool/battery/charger and come bundled with assorted sanding sheets， pads， and a wood cutting blade.
